Unlimited free healthcare? Hell every American needs to pick that option. Our healthcare system is terrible... and I work in healthcare so I know! I don't need it now, but as I get older, I'd love free checkups, screenings, and the best possible care without crying over a medical bill that will put me in debt!
And free groceries? Yes. Food is expensive. I'd love to be able to go shopping for food without crying over how high it is. And that's one less expense I can use to put towards other bills or items I need each month.

Medical care is not important to me now but I don't know what the future holds so that might be my choice. If I'm 80 years old and do not have to pay for support workers but still get treated with respect and attention and time, then medical care is a good investment.

I guess #3 and either#1 or 8 I'm not sure
Really 10k doesn't impress me. But I could invest it. I spend probably about 5k a year on groceries. So I'm not sure which would have me coming out ahead more.
But the free medical care for life would be worth it. And a lot less HASSLE!
All the other options have considerable. For example, say I choose the free house. While I'd be ok with never moving since I'm kind of creature of comfort and don't enjoy moving anyways. Property taxes can change. Or what if the house burns down. You said I can't move.🤣
Or the car, I don't care how good or valuable a car is. And engine eventually needs rebuilt/replaced. Cars aren't meant to run forever. At some point the upkeep becomes prohibitive and pointless.
