I don't know if I have one specific favorite, but I quite like the work of Baron Vaughn. I first heard him on the satellite radio my dad got on the new truck he bought, but when I finally saw some video... the man's stage presence and crowd control is just amazing.
All-time, maybe George Carlin. Lately I’ve really been liking Shane Gillis. Bill Burr is definitely up there too, Chappelle, Chris Rock, Louis CK…all really funny dudes.
Trailer Trash Tammy, real name Chelcie Lynn.
"That'll do me."
"I got that sauce money."

You met Trailer Trash Tammy? NICE! She’s hilarious! Great pics!
Conan O'Brien i think and then Bill Burr ans Dave Chapelle

Steve Martin. Extraordinary comedian and banjo player, too!
Steve Martin is great. I didn’t know he played the banjo! 🪕
He is an extraordinary banjo player, and he has a bluegrass band with whom he tours.
Probably Rodney Dangerfield. He was funny right up to the last moment of his life. He had to have a heart valve replaced and he was asked how did they expect it to go. And he said, if everything goes well I'll be out in a couple hours. If everything doesn't go well I'll be out in 10 minutes.
Rodney Dangerfield is a legend! Great choice.
Bert Visscher but thats dutch so you wouldn't understand. Very hyperactive guy who has great silly humor both in the persona's he plays as well as the jokes he incorporates.
English comedians I really like Alistair Williams :
Other recommendation for counter culture comedy : https://www.youtube.com/@UnleashedComedy they air comedians who can't get a podium in the established clubs.
George Carlin, RIP, was my favorite. Now, I enjoy Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias.
George Carlin is one of my favorites as well. Fluffy is hilarious too! Great choices.
Used to be Hasan Minhaj. I am not able to keep up with comedians anymore.
Oh, I love Hasan Minhaj. Great choice. I haven’t kept up with them either.
Thanks. But it's really fishy how he went silent on his Patriot Act show after the last USA elections.
I did find that odd too. I doubt the ratings were low enough to cancel the show - the show was great. Perhaps personal reasons? I know he had children. He has gone pretty silent from that point on though. Sucks.
Yeah, the show was great. He opened up so much stuff out in the open. Must have ruffled a lot of feathers. I waited a bit for his take on this silence though. Not sure when did I stopped caring about it. This question made me remember that hah!
Lou Costello.
Lmao. Never heard of him but after watching the video, I can see why. Great stuff. Thanks for the recommendation.
Abbott & Costello had lots of great skits. And nothing vulgar like most modern so-called comedians.
For stand up, Jo Koy
Podcast, Theo Von and Bobby Lee with Andrew Santino on Bad Friends.
I love Jo Koy! I’ll be looking up the rest. Thanks for the recommendations!
