The ones rated mature clearly aren't for kids. It's a multibillion dollar industry that several years has trumped professional sports and hollywood as far as revenue goes. "Kids" don't have that kind of disposable income.

Some but not all. Still i feel playing video games is a childish activity. We all have our moments so it is what it is. I like to play games for a month a year but haven't played consistently since like 2015/early days of college

I remember when Roblox came out. I was like 11 years old sneaking onto the computer at 1 in the morning to play it. Hard to believe it took off the way it did.

There's plenty of video games made for adults (even though I haven't played most of those). There's lots of E and E10+ rated games for kids to play.

Yes but a parent must teach child that's it is only a video game e. g. shooter games that it's not ok to shoot people in real life people don't respawn in real life if you think your child dosen't understand don't let them play if they do fine

subway surfers, fucking paw patrol/blippi games.
they're for all ages, hence they get age rated

it depends. anyone, any age, can play video games. they are there for entertainment purposes.

Of course, they are, but adults can play them if you are of that mentality. Just don't expect more mature people to accept it.

If they are, I don't really care. It's a nice way to unwind and actually keeps your brain active. Much better than watching TV, like a good, mature adult.

As an adult, I play them WHEN I have time, work and going to the gym take priority.
