Subscribers don't come and give you money just because you post a video, they're not bots lmao they're just people. If you don't feed em, they'll get sick of you. Which basically means, I would need a professional camera, editing software, microphone and computer if I wanted to supply those subscribers.

If the subs don't like me, they'll jump ship. If they do, the expenses are worth it but all this is to say that a million dollars is money and a million subs is an investment

I agree! Plenty of those in the spotlight do end up getting too caught up over being liked. It’s sad some of them seemingly never rest. Some refuse to get out dated even when that seems to happen and they just kinda go crazy. It’s worse if they get into the wrong crowds and substances. Self love is a bigggg requirement for those industries. You can kinda just tell, right?

Million subs. Youtube pays on a per watch basis, the average is 20% and they pay about $0.10 per view. So a million subscribers has a ln inco. e of roughly $20,000 per video. If your putting out 4 videos a month thats $80,000 a month income.

Vs

Average interest at the one million dollar mark is about 3% thats 30k a year or about 2500 a month.

I just think I would get tired of people recognizing me and then having to blow smoke up their butt about how great I am on YouTube. I'm just an ordinary humble guy and don't like to attract a lot of attention. I may very well put together a YouTube channel someday where I run around finding rare plants and animals, but, I could care less if its popular. If I can make it interesting/educational and make some friends in midst, I'd be fine with that.

Yeah I don’t think so 😆 but if you have around a million it definitely adds up and if they’re committed that’s steady income for sure.

As for decision makers each options has its arguable advantages and disadvantages. Curious how people go about deciding this. Some wouldn’t want the fame with profits but others would want the consistent income of daily videos and consistent viewers meanwhile the million is a one time offer 🤷‍♀️ 👀😬

Although I think it’s also like a job with its own requirements. You need to provide the tools, and have a certain mindset for those industries.

If you’re prone to peer pressure or not used to attention and lack of privacy either of those can make a person feel insecure or so.
