Have you watched the three body problem on netflix? Is it good?

I like to read the books before watching the movies derived from them. Everyone seems to like the series. Did yo like it? Anyone who read the book? Should I read it?

I read the books last year before they announced the series was coming. I normally like to watch first then read, so I'm not let down by the screenplay changes, but this one was good. While they did make changes the adjustments were not deal-breakers.

I have to say though that I found the first book to be kind of slow and lackluster but the second and third books make up for it, therefore the first season on Netflix felt the same to me kind of lackluster, but there are a couple important characters whose actors do an excellent job embodying the character portrayed in the books.

All that to say, I didn't enjoy the Netflix show for what it is, but for what I know it will become.

I watched it in one night. I liked it very much and waiting for season two. If sci-fi and science and twists is your thing, you will love it. Worth it.

I watched the first episode and that's it. I don't know why it didn't grow on me. Is not bad it was just not catchy for me. Maybe I should give it a try and watch the whole show instead.

I like it. It manages to handle the mystery behind everything very well. The story and the science are engaging. I do recommend watching it

I have not. But I was told by someone that he was enjoying it a lot. And I trust his taste in movies. So I’ll probably watch it these days.

I enjoyed it, but it is definitely something that requires more than casual watching. There are a lot of (possible) hints and intricacies in it.

Books are almost always better than the movies.
I haven’t read the book yet…. But I did watch the series. I for one, loved it!!

Read the first book. It's TOUGH science fiction but not next two. I'm gonna watch it tho.

I watched the whole thing. It is VERY long (3+ hrs) in total. It is interesting but not spectacular.
