How difficult is it for producers to include baby actors?

In several movies or soap operas that have a baby present, he/she seems to be calm and not crying.

Obviously many bloopers happened and it takes several rehearsals to get it right. The baby for sure must be bored or crying by then. How difficult is it for producers to include baby actors? and get the baby to be calm and relaxing during the play?

In several movies, they do have a real life baby in there; it's not a doll.

since the 1990s most babies in movies & TV have been specially made dolls to look and move like real babies. if you watch scenes closely you can see

when they need to use a real baby, they have to be twins which they switch out because each one is only allowed to be on the set for very short periods of time. they have baby wranglers who work with the parents to keep them calm

some babies r naturally more calmer than others so ig that makes it less difficult
