What is a song you can sing word for word?

"A long, long time ago, I can still remember how that music used to make me smile. And I knew if I had my chance, that I could make those people dance, and maybe they'd be happy for a while. But February made me shiver, with every paper I'd deliver. Bad news on the doorstep. I couldn't take one more step."
You know the rest. It's the thing. C'mon man. Merican Pie. :D <3
When I hear that song, my first instinct is to sing the lyrics of "The Saga Begins" by Weird Al.
a lot... lately mostly I love the way you lie

Dozens and dozens. I pay attention to the words. Several entire Broadway shows. Almost every Tom Lehrer song. A few by Lana Del Rey...

There are lots of them. Lots of old Beach Boys tunes I can sing. I saw the Beach Boys perform about 10 years ago and the whole audience could sing along with Mike Love. Everyone knew all the words to "Fun, Fun, Fun, "Surfin USA" and "Help Me Rhonda".
My family braces when this comes on
yes , indeed
@juliaanita She has one of those voices like Fleetwood Mac.
A lot of them, I think, but gun to my head? Definitely can do every word of this one…except for…y’know😅😅😅
Sure! "The Water Song" by Hot Tuna.
Something that is more of a challenge to memorize but I have successfully done so is the song "Colours" by The Sisters of Mercy.

I mean, like Happy Birthday is one I'd know. Lmao
If I have the music playing I can sing Hemorrhage (In my hands) by Fuel and could probably sing most of it even without it. The music is just there to help.
Longs if I am listing to it that's a lot of songs.
Without listening to it, none because who has time to learn to do it when it's not on lol.
Here's one:
Too many to count. Mostly songs from Broadway and movie musicals, plus pop songs from when I was growing up in the 70s and 80s.
100s of them. Even Close To The Edge by Yes, all 18 minutes of it.
I was a professional karaoke singer for a couple of years so...
probably... around 3000 songs
