What is the scariest movie that you watched that traumatized you?

For me it was insidious 1 &2. I watched it in middle school & never truly got over jt.

For me, it was Insidious 1, since I watched it when it came out when I was 8 years old or almost 8.

I watched plenty of horror movies growing up like Saw, and The Human Centipede just by the time I was 5, yet Insidious was the only one that traumatized me. Old demonic women were consistently in my nightmares probably till two to three years ago 😂

As for a movie being the scariest, I think Sinister creeped me out the most while watching the first half. Hereditary had it's good moments too.

Omg dame, the lady with the white dress scared the heck out of me. I had to sleep with the doors closed or I will imagine her passing by😭😂

It didn't traumatized me but it did scare me and that was the Conjuring 2.
