The problem cones when humans go overboard on shit. Next thing you know people's entire personality is based on something. Obsession is never a good thing.42 Reply- +1 y

+1 yEvery once in a while, just for the memories is fine. I like to watch the real old cartoons from the 1940s 50s 60s. Like Betty Boop, Koko the Clown, The Little King, Cartoons by Paul Terry [we called them farmer grey] Popeye, The Katzenjammer Kids, Rocky and Bullwinkel and the original Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Fantasia.

+1 yIt depends on the cartoons. If they're made for adults, fine. If they're made for kids, might be time to worry a little bit.

+1 yAnimation is a really awesome way to tell a story, combining the intentional art style of an image with the acting and writing of proper storytellers. If anyone denounces something because โItโs a cartoon, those are for kidsโ then I just assume they donโt really experience any kind of joy or appreciation for any form of art.

Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yIts cringy if they watch actual kids cartoons. It would even be cringy even if teens did it. If it's anime it's not cringy if your a young adult, though if your 30 its weird. For stuff like family guy, the simpsons, its all good as long as your under 35

+1 yNothing wrong with still being a kid at heart. Some of the old classic cartoons are still great to watch. This 50-something still likes to watch Roadrunner foil Wile E Coyote.

OF COURSE I'm a boy at heart, all about buxom broads, watching/listening to sports and (very occasionally) cartoons.
+1 yYears ago, I'd have thought them immature, but PLENTY of adults watch cartoons today. Some years back, my BFF Jamie Logsdon and I enjoyed "Beavis and Butthead."
21 Reply966 opinions shared on Entertainment & Arts topic. To me, it's great to watch cartoons as adult especially the old classic one's because it's still fun and there's some cartoons that were remade and Remastered that are great.

Cartoons are great.01 Reply- +1 y
Everyone is too worried about the genre or the cartoons being "adult focused".
Cartoons are cartoons, all of them are fine to watch your entire life, anyone who thinks otherwise isn't very high on the comprehension skill ladder.

@JesseP1nk No it isn't. I am over 30, and my room is full of action figures, statues, science books, video games, animated series, nature documentaries, arcade cabinets, consoles, PCs, art supplies, and lots of ambient LED RGB lighting.
Yes I'd bring a girlfriend here, and no i'm not starting a family, I'm not interested in having any children, but, if I had wanted to have any kids, they would never be bored. (I'd just need to keep the away from the tarantulas for a bit).
The only women worth dating are nerds/geeks/gamers/codplayers/collectors in my opinion.
