Here's two traditional songs which represents my country's musical heritage, they are used in wedding parties, night clubs, restaurants and everywhere 😄

Aussies nowadays are known for A Land Down Under and ACDC, but we were historically known for folk/country songs. There are a looot I can name here but I think these two songs represent our history the best.
1. Waltzing Matilda:
Once a jolly swagman camped by a billabong
Under the shade of a Coolibah tree
And he sang as he watched and waited till his billy boiled
"You'll come a Waltzing Matilda with me"
This folk song was produced in the late 1800s and is known as our unofficial national anthem. Its themes reflect our history as the country was built by people who were given a second chance. The land is strange, vast, hot and deserted. But it's jolly and warm, and it's all we have. Every Aussie has heard this a hundred times.
2. I Was Only 19:
And can you tell me, doctor, why I still can't get to sleep?
And night time's just a jungle dark and a barking M16?
And what's this rash that comes and goes?
Can you tell me what it means?

I was only nineteen
This country song released in the 1980s and though centres around the Vietnam veterans, has become associated with every war in Australia's history. We've played it in school while discussing WW2, and the ANZACs (a battle we lost terribly). If Waltzing Matilda reflects the hopeful citizens in history, I Was Only 19 reflects the next generations fighting tooth and nail for the land they love.
Thematically these songs represent the different sides of Australia, and for that reason, they are our traditional songs

I'm from Wales. The first song is a love song, supposedly written about a break up when she leaves for America. The second began as a church song. Wales has a long tradition of large male voice choirs, and the first is an example of one, although the song is meant to be performed solo. The stereotypical image of Wales is of people singing. This one happens to be a marching song and it also happens to be made during the time Hitler came into power. The Wehrmacht back then simply adopted it and played it during their times and it has stained that marching song ever since.
This one however has zero references towards nazism or anything like that. It's a song about the soldiers coming back to the meadows and homes to enjoy both the beautiful flowers on the field and their lovely fair maiden - both called Erika in German and Erika being the girls name.

Cowboys are not US heratige, its just southern and midwest farmer heratage.
Native americans are not indian, christopher columbus mistook north america for india while trying to participate in spice trade, and that was before the united states existed, as it was still the start of a British colony then.
Throughout the years more and more countries sent people here to colonize, so we have everyone's heratige in one spot and no universal heritage.
I'm not talking about the indians from India, i'm talking about the native indians of the U. S. A the ones whom they call the red race!
So first off no one calls them that, the closest was "redskins", which is not used today because its considered a racial slur.
Also again natives are not called indians, and are not one specific race, but dozens of different races.
