Have you ever seen the Irwin Allen shows from the 60s?

Got Lost In Space right here beside me! I watched a few episodes of Voyage. I liked Heddison but submarines & the military weren't my trip, that was my brother's thing. Saw a couple episodes of Giants but it was not only just too stupid, it was basically Lost In Space in a world of people 50 times taller than normal. You had the stupid older fat guy (wasn't he a carrot in one of the last LIS episodes?) who was greedy, self-centered and was CONSTANTLY getting everyone else in trouble, just like Dr. Smith! You had the little boy who was like Will and the two girls that were like Penny & Judy and the smart guy that was like Don or John. and I think there was a mother, too, just like Maureen. The only thing they didn't have was the robot and the bloop. Anybody know how they even got there?
Loved the Time Tunnel and can't believe it only ran for one season! The drag was that, each place they went to just HAPPENED to be some famous event in time!! It was never them landing in 1816 and meeting up with some little boy that was gonna be the grandfather of the guy that invented the paper clip!

There was a movie in the `80s on HBO about a group of people that took tours of events in time and, guess who was the tour guide? Doug, from The Time Tunnel! He looked the same except tat he had a ponytail.

Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, The Time Tunnel, Lost in Space? Even at the time they seemed a bit daft, but that never stopped me watching.

I think "Time Tunnel" is the smartest of them since it deals with actual history. "Lost in Space" started off being a lot darker and less campy than what it became. They are all fun, though!
