No I don't think so, it looks like she is doing her job. Looks like she is having them hurry up the stairs and get seated or whatever they have to do. She has done it to a few celebrities, it almost looks like they hired someone like that to speed things up and to have tough skin but I can see why they get mad at her because she is too in their faces. Also depends if she was being rude, doesn't seem like she is being verbally rude but again no one is there to hear what she is saying

Were those people attending the event doing something they were not supposed to be doing? There's no way of knowing from seeing this video. Where they treated differently than anyone else would be treated if they were doing the same thing? There's no way of knowing from seeing this video.

This notion that just because you aren't white European that any discipline that is used against you is automatically racist is racist in itself.

I’d have to know more context. Regardless she has zero right to put her hands on anybody, regardless of race, or their dress. That’s assault. She does that to the wrong person and she’ll catch those hands and a lawsuit.

Actually she has every right. She was the event security staff. She was doing her job. As a retired federal officer and state licensed bodyguard, she did exactly what she was supposed to do in that situation. The only reason it got such attention is because of all the "woke" bullshit prevalent today.

If I'm on the job and you approach the boss, I'm going to react the same way. Without going into a class on executive protection, the subject was within the third protection perimeter, and that doctrine is common practice worldwide in executive protection.

Same reason the Secret Service won't let you walk up to the President and shake his hand.

Photography wasn’t allowed on the stairs and she tried to move these people along, barely touching them, and these Karens fight it and push her away because they think they’re all that and want more time in the spotlight. Nothing racist about these. But of course it would be poc to be the ones fighting and causing issues knstead of just moving along as they should. What I made out wasn't racist, as it looked like 3 different races were hit on. One being their own. I'm not sure without seeing it. Thought I heard mention of a Pic of Our Lord Jesus being on a dress. Not sure about that being respectable. Maybe her intent was.

Definitely not, at first I thought she was In the wrong however after some reasearch the security team was told NOT to allow anyone to take pictures on the stairs (even tho some did). What I find outraging is how the security team is trying MULTIPLE times to communicate with the celebrities including Massiel Taveras and Kelly Rowland to which they reacted very aggressively towards the poor security lady doing her job.

No such thing under the "reasonableness test" in executive protection. If you approach the boss and refuse to obey commands, I'll beat you down. When you refuse to obey security commands and you get hands put on you that isn't assault unless the response is unreasonable.
