Oh god, Karaoke is something I do not do! I’m tone deaf! BUT… My best friend in the world, Heather wanted me to do 10,000 hours by Dan + Shay & Justin Bieber with her on our last night together before se left for the Air Force! We’d sing that in her room or my room, we made TikTok’s singing it, we were just so crazy, and we had a big night out after all my friends graduated high school (b/c I was already close to finishing my bachelors degree) I had to go home especially for it! It was a really big deal because she was going in to the Air Force, so she wouldn't have to pay for college, b/c she couldn't! Although the private high school I went to cost about 25,000 a year, Heather was a scholarship student. She grow up in a really poor family. in fact, it was my close friendship with Heather, seeing the differences in how we grew up, and we live, and she missed out on and suffered through, that gave me the insight into Wiley was embarrassed to take me to his house to meet his parents, because he to grew up in abject poverty! We had a huge weekend, and we ended at a karaoke place and Heather wanted to sing 10,000 Hours w/ me, so although I really didn't want to, Heather used her terrible influence she had over me, and I did! I get SO embarrassed when I do anything in public if I know i’m going to look even remotely bad. (or sound terrible) because I'm actually really shy IRL. But I did it. We both sounded terrible, we giggled and laughed our way through it (b/c of a really naughty inside secret only we knew), we laughed, we cried at the end, and we hugged. Then we said goodbye for 6yrs! We knew we'd see each other again, and I’ve seen her twice since then, both at Christmas, but both for less than two hours. I miss her and her corrupting moral influence SO MUCH!. She used to sleep at my house, sometimes every night of the week. And sometimes I sleep at hers. But If I ever did anything bad or naughty, or slightly not legal as a teenager… Heather was more than likely the driving force behind it. Telling me “oh c’mon! Let’s just do it, you’re the golden child nobody is going to think you wanted to do it, so you can just blame me, and I’ll take the heat, hell I don’t mind!” if I still seemed reluctant she’d say “okay IF we get caught, I’ll just say it was ALL me, and that you didn't even know! Please Lar? 🥺” and then I’d say “Oh alright, FINE! I’ll do it! Because when push comes to shove, there's nothing I won't do for my best friends, especially Heather. So just for her I sung 10,000 hours in a karaoke bar, and when we were done we had to leave because the manager saw us up there giggling and laughing, like little girls, and realized that there was no way we were even close to 21, let alone over, he asked to look at our IDs (ironically, our very last night together was the very first time we ever got carded!). I love you Heather, and I really miss you. 😘 🥰 💋

This answer made me cry… Of ALL the questions I answer, this one made me cry! 🙄.
