Kitty Norville series by Carrie Vaughn

Also there is the Skinwalker series by Faith Hunter. I really enjoyed the first book but despise kidnapping plots so couldn't get into the second and kind of dropped off. It isn't quite a werewolf novel but it does have quite a few werewolves in it.
