I have my Classical, Jazz, Nostalgia and Contemporary playlists... Each one takes a turn as my favorite depending on my mood.

Since I don't like listening to the same thing all the time, it constantly changes, but also has similarities.

The most common is blues and blues influenced music. That's the most common but it's probably less than half of what I listen to. I listen to music from most genres, and just about any decade.

I still like a lot of the music I grew up with, but I don't want to listen to the same stuff constantly. The guy who lives behind me is two years younger than me. He listens to the same music he listened to in the 70s. How the hell can you listen to the same music for over 40 years? Every now and them is good, but that's ALL he listens to.

Thank you both for your kind comments. Baroque is Bach, Handel, Haydn, Vivaldi, Pachelbel. Classical era is like 1750-1825 and includes Beethoven, Mozart, etc.

I figured with the era, it had to either be them or some gypsy stuff from Romania and Hungary. I think they had some quaint stuff around the 1800s.

My favorite music is classical and variations of rock: hard, metal, Prog, etc. Not really possible to choose a favorite decade, but I think my least favorite is the current one. Autotuned cookie-cutter garbage with shallow lyrics for the most part.
