Would this be a good movie ending?

So say the movie is like based on some Narnia or Harry Potter type shit where the main character ends up in a different world and has to go on some insane journey and defeat the villain. But in the end of the movie instead of returning to their every day life they wake up in a mental hospital.

OMG LIKE A PSYCH WARD OR SOMETHING? cause then it’s just sad. It was all a dream of freedom that seems coherent and competent and all but yet this person is falsely or inhumanly detained/contained and left in some restricted place never to be free or happy again. It would be too much for me. It’s definitely creative and UNEXPECTED. But I’d want to cry whole marshmallows out of my eyes and eat them after seeing such a thing lol 😂.
