Ever written/responded to fan mail?

I am a follower of a national team diver who has 16k followers in instagram. That woman is not even from my country, we dont have any mutual friends or any connections. I wrote her fan mail two days ago and the idea of her not responding ever just upsets me.

On instagram I have given a heart on all of her pictures, but then again each picture had always hundreds if not a few thousand hearts anyway. In text comments she just responds to her fellow team mate comments.

I wrote a fan letter to June Foray in the 1980s. She did the voice for Rocket J. Squirrel and the female characters on the Rocky and Bullwinkle show. She also did a lot of voice acting. I thought her voice was great.
She sent me a personalized autographed photo of her in front of a cartoon drawing at the studio.

I sent a fan letter to Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull and got a personalized autographed photo in return.

Hope you were happy with just that. I hoped to be the boyfriend, so even if she sends me the autograph I would still just lust over her.

You have to get a grip on reality mate. I mean you know her face, but who are you to her? Most of the time celebs will go on these things because they feel they have to, not because they want to.
If you want responses, send emails to people you know.

She is really, really adorable. As in she is pretty and cute. Flat stomach, medium ass and tits, all natural.

Even if she wasn't a national team athlete, her looks on her own would make her popular!

No because most replies are sent by staff members working for the artist, celeb or whoever. People fall for it, but they are really being scammed.

I've had many responses, even from basic comments about some on other peoples pages. Back before I understood tagging. lol

You won't get them out of the young generations. They aren't the same sort of people and values.

I received real ink, none printed, autographs from a few other people.
Then likes on social media pages (the mentions)
A few others too.

The more genuine you are, less trying to get their attention. Lean more into wanting to share something relevant and not expecting a response, the more likely they will reply or like.

Yes. I wrote a letter to the Hollywood actress Esther Williams about 15 years ago. 8 months after I sent the letter, she sent me a short letter & a signed autograph in return.
