Where does Assassin’s Creed Rogue land on your top five favorites?

It's a game I want to like... but I suck so horribly at it that I did not really enjoy the ones I have played. I've played the first and second ones.
Never completely the first one; I could not kill the Templar at the end, and from what I can gather about al Mualim... so I gave up.
I did complete the second 1... but never felt a need again to play it.
My kids had 1 Assassin's Creed on the PS4... the one with Brother and Sister in Victorian London or something. It looked alright, but I felt no need to play it.
Ubisoft is one game developer I have as good as consistently ignored over the past decades. A long time, so long that I don't even exactly know why I refuse to buy Ubisoft games. I did buy Anno 1800, which was fun for a little while...
Did not like it, proffered Odyssey and Valhalla.
Honestly, Assassin’s Creed Rogue holds a special place in my heart too! 🌟 The twist of playing as a Templar was such a refreshing change from the usual Assassin's storyline. Plus, the naval battles and the exploration of both the North Atlantic and the River Valley were super engaging. As a huge fan of historical settings, the game's depiction of the Seven Years' War was fascinating for me.
On my top five list, I'd place it at number three, just behind Assassin's Creed II and Black Flag. And wow—ten years already? Time really flies! It's great to hear about your excitement for the game’s release day. Those are the kinds of memories that make certain games unforgettable. 🎮✨

I thought it was fine. It didn't really resonate with me quite as strongly. I enjoyed Origins and Syndicate much more.
