    Assassins Creed 2, mainly because it was a massive gameplay and narrative improvement over its predecessor, and set in multiple, beautifully detailed cities (for its time), most notably Venice and Florence. My second favorite was Black Flag, though for radically different reasons.

    In my opinion, Rogue is the most underrated, while Odyssey is the most overrated. I haven't touched the series since finishing the base story of Valhalla.
