This is a tough one...
In terms of game I clocked the most time on, that would've been Battlefield 3 at least for multiplayer games. I've played most of that series but still consider BF3 to be its peak, BF4 to be marginally inferior, and pretty much downhill from there. The only other multiplayer shooters I clocked significant time on were Halo 3/4, and Rainbow Six Vegas 2/Siege, none of which I still have.
Super Mario 64 and Mario Kart 64 get special recognition for being the first games I played.
As far as games out right now... I have a pretty scathing opinion of most recognizable titles. The cream of the crop seems to be mostly cooperative small team games like Deep Rock Galactic, some Survival games (Conan Exiles and Ark are probably my favorites but Space Engineers has come a really long way since launch), and Back 4 Blood is pretty good but only with friends.
For single-player games, Witcher 3, Skyrim, and AC Valhalla were all good. Cyberpunk 2077 had a rocky start but is in much better shape now; I just don't have the patience or the time to commit to a replay of any of these anymore.
MMOs are universally garbage right now. They're very unoriginal, suffering from the same poor decision making and management decisions that have wrecked the AAA titles, and their one saving grace is lots of them are free to play or at least try so you don't waste money on them.
IF you have the accessories for a proper cockpit setup (and even better with VR), Elite Dangerous and Star Wars Squadrons are both solid, but like every other multiplayer game, you need friends that play with you to really get mileage out of them.

Zero horizon dawn, am a big fan. It's just they didn't work hard enough for the PC version, there was some serious quality drop and way too many glitches, then Cyberpunk came and we forgot that Zero horizon dawn had any issues 🤣 . For me it's impossible to choose one game as a favourite, i have been gaming over 30 years and i can say my list of best games is about at least 50 games (not including old school games). So here is a few that made a major impact on me as a gamer! The first three games of Assassin's Creed, before it turned to cash grab game. Gears of wars and Army of two. COD 4 Modern warfare and Black oops 1 & 2, 2016 DOOM (Come on now) and DOOM ETERNAL. Saints Row 2. GTA San Andreas & Vice (I am not getting the new remastered trilogy), Resident Evil (first 4), Need for speed underground 1 & 2 and the 2005 Most wanted. Half Life series. The new Wolfenstein series (not young blood). Serious Sam 1 & 2. Left 4 Dead 1 & 2. Evil within (the first one only and they ruined the RUVIK boss fight). Silent Hill series. Alan Wake. Far Cry 3. Dishonored. Bio Shock series. Dead Space. Alien: Isolation. Am gonna Stop here :D. What is your choice to go games?

ragnarok online😂Fallout Series, Total War Franchise (minus a few big misses with some experimental titles), Star Wars The Old Republic, Warcraft 3, World Of Warcraft, Star Wars Battlefront 1&2, Mount & Blade franchise, The Witcher Franchise, Mobile Suit Gundam: Federation vs. Zeon (char in Red Gelgoog is my shit), AVP Extinction (despite all it's design flaws and limitations), Pokemon pre Gen 8 (I've been a fan since gen 1 but gen 3 is my all time favorite), Kotor I & 2 but i've played them so much i can't stomach picking them up again.
That changes all the time, my all-time favourite is still Chrono Trigger, played it 4 times throughout my youth, progressing further from the start and finally completing it and going for every ending, including the secret ending with all the dev messages.
Currently I am mainly playing Path or Exile, I play it on and off every so often.
Previously I would have included World of Warcraft, but I gave up on that hot piece of garbage, Blizzard tried recruiting me, but after all the sexual harrassment crap I'm not stepping near any of that.
Other games that come to mind are Nier;Automara, Dark Souls 3, the persona/smt games (another coming in a couple of days), I fucking love Zelda, super smash bros is something I grew up with.. and many many more.
I love games and that's why I'm a game dev now.Too many to list, but mostly the Legend of Zelda series. Iβve dreamed of learning how to make video games ever since Ocarina of Time.
Cool shot of Aloy. Sheβs awesome. I definitely loved Horizon Zero Dawn, and look forward to being able to afford a PS5 and the sequel.I still use the Wii console game system.
And my favorite game to play Is Wii bowling.

Titanfall 2, god of war, horizon, doom , gothic (all 3 of them) the old unreal games, tera was nice until the devs fucked it up, witcher 3 with both expansions.
Souls games are nice too. Currently trying to run it as a pyro and its kicking my assMegaman (Specially the Battle Network and ZX Series), Pokemon, Starcraft Brood War, Ape Escape, Digimon Rumble Arena, Brave Fencer Musashi, Threats of Fate, Zelda Minish Cap, Castlevania (Aria Of Sorrow, Harmony of Dissonance, Symphony of the Night, Order of Ecclesia, Portrait of Ruins and Dawn of Sorrow), Crash Team Racing and I think there's more.

3. Super Mario platformers
4. Grand Theft Auto franchise
