What was the last movie you saw and how would you rate it?

An old movie from the early-mid 60s that I had never seen before. I watched The Graduate a few days ago. It's one of those movies that is highly rated, with lots of award nominations. I think it won best director.

It was "OK" at best. It started out just plain boring and bad. Maybe lame is a better way to describe it. It got better later into the movie, but was never anything special. The story was pretty cliche and unimaginable. I have no clue why it was rated so high. I suppose it was somewhat "artsy" at times, but even that was amateurish.

The music was good though. After all these decades of hearing it dozens, if not hundreds of times, I finally understand the theme song.

I watched Equalizer 2 with Denzel Washington. There is a scene where Denzel is fighting the bad guy on top of an old WW2 lookout tower. Oddly enough I used to SCUBA dive in front of that tower and looked at one of the adjacent houses but it would have needed too much work.

I even spent hours googling what the point of the movie was. Still don’t know. I’m baffled lol. Will always be a memorable anniversary when we saw that strange movie about Sasquatches.
