Was Wall-E from the movie WALL-E a predator?

Did Pixar make WALL-E a predator? I mean WALL-E chases after the robot EVE her rejecting every one of his advances. Finally EVE accomplishes her mission and goes to sleep. What does WALL-E do he takes her on a series of dates while she's asleep. Does this movie get made in 2024 post "me too" movement?

First its a kids movie and robots on standby are not directly comparable to sleeping humans.

So the not fun part out of the way, an AI gave you an answer to a question concerning the consent of other AIs. I guess thats the best input you can have.
Yes its weird, her being on standby and still being taken as companionship. It doesn't fit the concept of consent as I would use it. But there are other important situational aspects as weil. That being said (and the next part doesn't rewoke the previous part), if I remember the movie correctly she later did see a video of how wall-E treated her and she liked it. She just put work before fun. Also she already was interested in him before the plant. Though it was work less a fun aspekt for her.
Also and this is probably important, wall-e gave her shelter and cared for her while she was on standby. He did keep her company and protected her against the environment and he didn't use her just cared for her. So he did much more than tue bare minimum.
Note this was a situation with no available outside help as far as wall-e is consecerned. So no option to call for help, an robot ambulance for an unconcious person etc.

So no I dont think it was predetory. I think it wasn't a comparable situation to what you would consider humans being predatory. Because if you translate robots to humans its more about a stranded on an island allone without any help in sight situation.
