Fictional Vs Debate. Who is the weakest Marvel or DC character you think who could defeat my character, Rayne, the Shadow Elementalist?

Powers and Abilities:

Able to merge with Shadow and Hide in Shadows* She actually merges with the Quantum Foam of the background state of the Universe at that location. Able to teleport anywhere in line of sight or anywhere she has already been before in the past. Double peak human attributes for both physical and mental attributes. Fourth Degree Black Belt in Okinawan Karate and Japanese Jiu Jitsu. Ability to telepathically drain the evil right out of some villains. Telepathic "Love Link" and other Wards created by Malia Hano. Ability to bring others with her when she teleports.

So the question is "Who is the weakest person in Marvel or DC lore who can defeat this character 1vs1?"

I forgot to mention how fast her Teleportation works. She can teleport so fast she appears to be in up to 10 locations at once. She can play as an entire fielding team in Baseball or Softball by herself. Thus, she is "faster than teleportation" when using this ability, which is based on Quantum Foam mechanics.

Maybe Magik has a chance. She is slower in teleportation but are you really slower when your teleportation is not limited to the same time?
She can arrive before the fight started. Also using her abilities gives her a kind of demonic armor which can help her stay alive against this characters knifes.
Its a really tough fight but if she survives the first strike I think she has a chance.
Also can your teleporter also dimension hop or is the teleportation limited to one plane of existance?

Also another of her limits may be that she can teleport faster than she can think. So her limit is less her power but more her reaction time.

Also every character who can withstand metal or physical attacks can beat her to a draw. Maybe they can't catch her but if she can't hurt them what is gonna happen?
So guess kitty/kate pridy can easily beat her to a draw. But not sure if she is weaker. They both can make themselves immune to the other and if your character tries to flee she won't catch up, neither is she able to hurt Kate pryde though.

That being said wolverine could probably beat her by surprise if her daggers break or get stuck on his bones. Being stabbed is nothing wolverine can not take and harder bones than her knives can be usefull. Deadpool or other healers are probably less usefull because of the missing ways to disarm her.

Now that I thought about her getting stuck, yes physical restrains won't work on her. What about magic restraints though? Can they block her from teleportation.

She hasn't been totally blocked from teleporting, not even by the Master of Souls, she just can't teleport outside the Master of Souls' domain while his Soul Stone is still active, but once the Soul Stone is down, she can teleport out of the Dream World from which she and the rest of Team Gamma had been kidnapped.

Rayne still needs to sleep, so that is one of her weaknesses. :).

I gave about 99% complete description of her abilities, so I'm not really concealing anything except she can somehow teleport twice simultaneously to get into a new set of clothes or teleport out of her clothes into a shower faster than another person moving at "Lightning Speed" can race her to the shower.
