I'm using Magic the Gathering rules to make my cards, but you could use anything

Legendary - Human Esper - R

When Terra Enters, she deals 1 damage to each enemy Creature and each enemy player.

Transform: RRR. Terra gains +1/+1, Flying, and Hexproof permanently. Use this ability only once per game.

1R: Terra deals 1 damage to target Creature or Player.

Legendary - Human Mutant - R

When Celes Enters, Tap target enemy creature and it doesn't untap during its controllers next untap step.

U: Celes gains Hexproof until end of turn.

T: Tap target creature.

1UU, T: Counter target Spell.

Legendary - Human Samurai - R

First Strike

G: Cyan gains Trample until end of turn.

W: Cyan gains Double Strike until end of turn.

GWU: Cyan gains Triple Strike until end of turn.

W: Attacking doesn't cause Cyan to Tap this turn.

Kicker: R. (Relm gains Haste until end of turn.)

GGG, T: Create a creature token which is an exact copy of target creature an opponent controls.

At the beginning of your Upkeep, put an Age counter on Strago.

R, T: Strago deals 1 damage to target creature or player for each Age counter on it.

U: Cloud gains flying until end of turn.

WW: Cloud is Invincible until end of turn. (Can't be effected by anything opponents control.)

1U: Untap Cloud and take another combat step this turn. Use this ability only at End of Combat on your own turn.

BRGWU, T: flip the top card of your Library onto the Battlefield. Destroy all permanents it touches. Then put that card back on bottom of your Library.
