I dont think mythology Thor from the old prose can beat superman. The important part, mjolnir was just a heavy hammer, so superman could use it as well and I dont think lighting strikes do much to superman. I am not good with DC comics but supermans weakness towards magic and crypton is not usable by Thor by himself.

Comic thor on themother hand depends on his version and also supermans versiom. (Also as I said I am not good with DC comics). I think there are thor versions that can beat superman. Generally superman is more a sentry level threat. So if both are at their normal version the fight would go to superman as well.

I think Superman wins. He is faster and stronger than Thor. Thor's hammer is an awesome weapon but Superman has heat vision and can fly faster than light
