No question- the adventures of Pete and Pete. It aired before my time, but this was the VHS era, and if you had the space, you record everything you watched, so my siblings taped it and showed me years later.

It was a kids' show that wasn't really for kids- even going back and rewatching now, it's pretty clear that some of it was aimed at an adult audience, and the writing had some incredible nuance. It's also quite possible the most 90's thing ever; young people watching today would probably think it was irresponsible of America to use up so much of its plaid reserve.

But it had two brothers, both named Pete, the younger of whom had a tattoo (which sometimes moved from arm to arm), AND his own personal superhero.

I used to watch Mr. Wizard with the late, great Frank Herbert on PBS when i was a kid. He made a comeback on Nickelodeon. It was cool to watch it with my son.
