Which video game console do you have, if have both which is better?

PS4 now. But I’ve had the original 2005 Xbox 360, a GameCube, and a Wii console.

They all had different roles in my life. GameCube was quite fun to play since other children didn’t have it. Similarly the Wii. I only got the PS4 cause my husband was on my tail about it. He uses it and I watch 😆

Sony's PlayStation 5 is the remaster/remake machine. Sony got rid of its JapanStuido, which helped them get new games on the PlayStation, but it held back development because it was only working on very expensive games that were probably dull but had nice graphics. Sony has stopped releasing new games, so all it has is remakes/remasters of games from 10 years ago.

I think Xbox because they are making everything an Xbox and allowing people to stream games on any device, such as a smart TV, ditching the console. I think Microsoft is making smart business choices.

But I think it's better to just move to PC because Xbox is saying "Everything is an Xbox" and is moving to streaming and giving up on physical games. You might as well just go to PC if all the companies are ditching the consoles.

Oh, then the Switch. I forgot about that. I think that one is the best one achually. It's a console that is only goes up to 1080p and it's been since 2017, but it puts out quality games because they don't care about graphics as much. It's no 4k machine, but Nintendo mostly focuses on the games.

I mean the PS5 can turn it around they did the same thing with PS3 where they made a lot of bad choices at the start, but they turned it around near the end. They can still turn it around.

You always want to get the technology that is middle of the pack and not the thing with the best specs because you're probably barely going to use it to it's fullest. A lot of new tech is kind of a scam. Like 8k TVs back in 2021 4k was very expensive to make and we only had a few movies and shows in 4k. Most stuff was still in 1080p. So if you bought an 8k you're upscaling 1080p which 4k can do that. And a lot of those 8k tvs looked worst than a 4k.

It's the same witht he PS5 they take ages to make a game and have to delay it because it's super expensive to make the types of games they want to put out. And now they are selling a PS5 Pro.

On PC a lot of companies don't optimize the games graphics for you to make use an expensive graphics card.

Nintendo, Super Nintendo, N64, Gamecube, Wii, Switch, GBA, DS Lite, 3DSXL, Genesis, 32X, Sega CD, Saturn, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, and a Gamebox Arcade from Extremehomearcades that has thousands of games from many consoles, pc, and arcades, including lightgun games. I have played games for 41 years now.

Out of the consoles, I'd say the Xbox 360 had the most good games from all of those generations, but if you have a spare $4,000 I'd recommend the gamebox from Extremehomearcades with the lightgun and Wii package option. The XB1 is a good choice too since you could get quite a bit of good games at a low cost online from Amazon right now.

I wouldn't recommend getting the current generation Xbox Series console or the PS5. They are failures in my opinion. Lots of empty promises since they were released, and I personally dislike many modern games on them. If you want something brand new and current. Wait for the Nintendo Switch.

I have a X box 360 and a PS4 according to me my X box 360 works better than PS4 because disc player is fucked on my playstation a need to get it fixed but you know a don't really use them much so what's the point because I hardly play them to be honest mostly if I use the Xbox it's to put DVDs I can't get on internet x

Kelly Jo, never try virtual reality. If you do, the 2 D flat screens just won't cut it. You can't go back. This video is in 2 D. The 3 D version would knock your socks off.

No actually I don't have a single console and only use PC. I had a PSP at one point and I liked Playstation the most in general but I can't vouch for the PS5 personally since I don't own it.

There’s 3 main console groups - Nintendo, PlayStation, and Xbox. I’ve never been an Xbox fan. Nintendo and PlayStation are both great in very different ways, so I don’t know if I’d call one of them superior. However my favorite is Nintendo due to their unmatched innovation that many games get inspiration from.
