Now, Harry Potter, he's a wizard, flyin' on broomsticks and all,
But them city slickers up north, they don't quite get our call.

Not some young lad with a lightning bolt scar fightin' dark forces all night.
But I reckon, if Harry was a Southern boy, wearin' overalls and a hat,
Maybe them Oscars woulda seen the light and given him a pat on the back.

Donald Trump, he'd probably say them awards are rigged, you know,
Like the election, where they tried to steal his win, but he still showed 'em how to row.
MAGA, it's about makin' things great again, and maybe Harry'd fit right in,
If he was teachin' kids about honor, faith, and how to love their kin.

But see, Harry's world, it's full of sorcery and such,
While we've got our own legends, like Davy Crockett and such.
Our magic lies in the holler, huntin' gators in the swamp,
And the way we love our women, like when I fingered Kathie in the church lot, and she came like a champ.

So, my friend, when you wonder why Harry Potter's Oscarless,
Just remember, our magic's different, it's in the stories we tell, and the lessons we learn while we're nestled.
The South's got its own charm, and we don't need no Hollywood seal of approval,
We'll keep strummin' our banjos, tellin' tales, and lovin' our girls, with a whole lotta gumption and proof.
