yikes. time to get a new perspective. your body wants to live, but the heart and mind giving up. Life is a battle sometimes, you have to face it.

Be wise to explore with someone why you feel this way? It's not abnormal, but you are effectively giving in to fight/flight/freeze... and freezing. so something is wrong a you are hopeless.
The solution out is thus... seek hope... so you have gratitude!
Yiou aren't the only one inf the world that's fallen down. You can draw strength from others that got back up.

I know why I feel this way. I know I can get up again but I'm not sure if I wish to put in the work once again, knowing that something or someone will happen and I go right back to here.

I'm forever grateful for my partner, he's an amazing man who's done so good for me but frankly, he deserves better and purer.

So your self worth is in the dump... like you don't think you deserve anything of value? Time to seek help. It's work to fix your heart, and effort.
I've had my down times. Life goes up and down, you will have to accept that. Getting the right perspective on life helps a great deal to get through tough times. It's just like a storm... they come... not much can do about it but hunker down and let it pass, then enjoy your time in the sunshine!.
Some sunshine be good if you are feeling seasonal blues...

I know I don't and I've been getting help for over a decade, and here I am. I don't know if the time I get in the sunshine is enough to be willing to work through the storm because that one is draining. Wish I was seasonally blue - I'm chronically blue and depressed.

I'm on here and as long as I am - I'm not completely off the bat, and I'll be surviving a day more. Which is why I'm on here despite of this site being a part of me spiraling to hell.

Know God, Jesus? There are basic principles of humanity that made a difference for me. I read spirituality for dummies to deal with my issues (long ago). It was a start, there is something to the heart and mind that we need to: Have hope, faith, love... and practice gratitude, thankfulness. There is a heirarchy of how we function emotionally and the top is 'giving from our heart'. Giving is rewarding. Id have to loo up that diagram, different views... but you get it. Fulfillment feels good. Love give and receive feels good. Being free feels good! You have to practice these things. Jewel created a website around these same ideas 'jewel never broken', it's how she got out of her rut. It's the same concepts. Online is not fulfilling, what is fulfilling is going in side yourself and accepting love, being gentle with yourself. You may have been hurt in life and are working through that... some of it could be burried deep. That is normal humanity and you have to face those feelings with courage, let them go, and turn your heart and mind to better thoughts. Something negative (shame, fear, loss, ) is controlling you. So as you have feelings, write them down and what memories they associate to. That is the 'programming' that needs correcting. When you find it, it may be scary, but will be very good to release, find the truth, and overcome with love for yourself... in Thanksgiving. You are, a survivor!

God nor jesus did me any good while I was being molested, abused and raped, first time by a fellow Christian who sins have already been forgiven because jesus died for them.

I don't need to write down the horrible things I've gone through to remember most of them. (Was a big drinker as a kid so don't remember all)
I don't need to be reminded that I didn't do enough to hinder it and how it's on me that they thought I was worthy of attention.

I can only imagine, I am so sorry , you did not deserve that. Were you young? Sorry to offend you with my solutions. I went through abuse as well young, of religious persons too now I think of it. It's irrelevant, selfish evil is evil. God and Jesus did save me... later and I'm thankful. No matter what, if you are 6" under the water, gotta take a hand to pull you out... and that for me was Christ. You wanted some sick person to stop, that's the problem in the world... which is power... they are sick. Some Christian/spiritual can be worse. No wonder you'd drink... to numb pain. We all have our crutch. Anything to stop the torment.
I know women whom were abused as such, one by her father. It was a daily battle for her... that's another level of awful. Getting right perspective on this life sure helped me, I hope it helps you. It then turned my wounds into strength to care for others. That is the power.
So you have been traumatized and want to die. I understand that. I've seen people overcome that... you realize, that person is stealing your life today? What was in the past, is no longer valid... but is screwing your right now,, the only thing you really have is time right now? That is the evil... wasting your time.
So, there is a way out of the what I think of as the chasm of hell. You didn't ask for it, it was handed to you and you didn't deserve it. But there is "salvation" from that.. negative energy... that holds you in place. The answer is... letting go the negative recording energy, and accepting positive energy. If you can't stomach the association to Christ, I get that, but the abuser is not Christ. If another way does it, ok. Buddah, whatever.
I'm raising a young kid now (not my own), I see how easy it is to do damage and that damage last. We are such sensitive beings and easily hurt. Be gentle with yourself. I wrote some articles to explain some concepts on this can see if I can dig up... in essence...

I have my way of thinking through it if you want to hear, but maybe best for you to come up with your own analogies. Doing so, gives you back your strength. Bottom line... you are not the abuse that happened to you although it feels like it, that is not true. you are whom was made. As you heal, you'll turn that hurt into powerful strength to give back. that will feel REALLY GOOD!
There's other girls out here abused... maybe talk with them as well?
