Etherealness

You cannot touch physical matter nor can you be touched by physical matter.

Immortality

You can't be killed unless beheaded.

You can assume any real form, limited only to your imagination and creativity.

None of them are really appealing for a number of reasons.

Unlimited speed is probably the worst one because just imagine traveling at just under the speed of light. Encountering a single grain of dust weighing practically nothing hitting you in the chest has more power than a nuclear bomb and would disintegrate you.

Etherealness is equally bad because if you need a surgical procedure or even an injection, the needle cannot penetrate your skin.

I certainly would avoid love magic at all cost because I am not interested in being in love. That is something totally unappealing to me.

The one with the least drawbacks would be shape shifting. I have a pretty vivid imagination and I would probably chose that one if I was forced to.
