Do people get your jokes or are you the only one laughing?

People laugh at me when I tell a joke but only because I'm horrible at it! I have a hard time remembering them and usually end up telling it wrong. I also have a hard time understanding jokes, by the time it's explained to me, the person shakes their head because it isn't funny anymore.

The first video is me… I’m usually laughing at the strangest things and no one ever gets it
Or they’ll give me a look like “ what’s so funny about that” but that look only makes me laugh more 😅

Yes, people think I am hysterical. I was the technology director in a K-12 school system and my boss, the Superintendent wrote in my annual review that he appreciated my dry wit.
