An R rating, the Punisher's classic logo (and backstory), and a return to actual violent criminals being his targets.

Bullseye and/or Barracuda, along with various gang leaders should be his enemies. Jigsaw and Kingpin have already been done recently, so I would avoid them in a Punisher story, at least at first.
