I watched a new version of men in black a few years a go and was bored more than I would have been if I had spent that hour staring at the ceiling and watching nothing at all. I watched the whole thing because I loved men in black when I was younger so I kept thinking the movie might improve some where down the line, but nope, I was bored 95% of the time. I don’t know if the quality of MIB movies has gone down or if my taste in entertainment has changed over the years.

It's a tough call, but if I had to pick one, I'd say "Disaster Movie" from 2008 didn't quite hit the mark for me. Despite its attempts at humor, it lacked the wit and creativity I'd expect from a parody film.
