Not really. “Cool” has a variety of colloquial meanings. Likable? No, he’s notoriously grumpy. Calm and collected? No, he’s known for a hot temper. Emulatable? He’s a playboy and vigilante. I can see room for an argument here, but both are widely perceived as overall negative behaviors.
Batman is a genius and, while ignorance is bliss, knowledge is a burden. That’s why he is all of those decidedly uncool things. That and more than a little compulsive. However, it has also been established that he may not be the hero we want, but he is the hero we deserve. And it’s better to have that than no hero at all.

Superman is probably morally better but Batman is the better superhero. He actually used all his resources to become a superhero where as Superman just happened to fall into being a superhero due to his powers. Batman had to earn being a superhero.

Batman is fine, but he is the product of his times. Superheroes from the 40s (like him, Superman, Captain America) are pretty idealised and privilaged compared to later superheroes (like Spider-Man for example) and thus less relatable.
