Depends on how it was written and portrayed. From first person perspective, it would be one of those surreal dystopian dramedies. Where you laugh uncomfortably because you don’t know if what you’re seeing is supposed to be funny or bizarre. It might be called something like, “Dear God, where’s that Meteor I ordered?”.

From third person perspective, it would be one of those weird “day in the life of” flicks from which it’s very difficult to extrapolate a theme, let alone a moral to the tale. There would definitely be funny and cringey moments, but not enough to entirely define it. It would probably be a hit at Sundance because those movies always seem to leave so much interpretation to the audience, which usually hasn’t earned that responsibility to begin with. Ell oh ell!
It would probably be called something like, “Home is Where Nothing Is”.
