Do you know what a booknook is?

For those who don't know, it is a box with details inside that show many different themes, such as a fantasy forrest, a library, a scene from a place or whatever your interests are. Think of it as a diorama on a higher level. Many are selling online and at stores. I am making my own, and it is an old Japanese alleyway in a famous part of Tokyo. I have pictures to help me make it, and I've been making many miniature things such as signs, shops, crates, lanterns, anything you could see at an old Japanese alley. It helps relax me and keeps my mind off the chaos that is going on in the world today.

It's so relaxing to make your own. Really, give it a try! If you're good with measuring and have a bit of a creative imagination, you can do well. Helpo if you're good with wood.
