I like to read books about psychology, self-reflection, journaling, culture, belief, value systems, philosophy, technological media, social etiquette, beauty, style, fashion, ambition, career, finance, fame, creativity, mental health, brain enhancement and fitness and biology.

I either read smutty stupid romances or psychological thrillers.

I like to read psychological thrillers, mystery, scyfy, classics, and I don't know how to classify these so I'll call them mindfu**s ( although modtzof them are psychological thrillers).

In 2017, it was on many Top 10 lists including on Obama's favorites of 2017.
It's being made into an Amazon series.

I read personal develop books. Just bought "Dopamine Nation" by psychiatrist Dr. Anna Lembke. I'm hoping something in her book will help me further understand how to use mindsets to employ dopamine better.

However, I have read stories on wattpad about a decade ago. I even wrote a story on there.

Amazon hasn't delivered it yet. However, I do know that dopamine is a Limited renewable source. If I want to get the most out of it, I have be smart in not over indulging in dopamine driven activities. I've tested this, by going 2 weeks without technology, it is very effective. The results are shocking tbh.

I also know, the nervous system cannot tell the different between what's real and not real. Basically what that means is we're capable of controlling our emotions and attitudes. That's basically what is happening when we watch movies. Our nervous system thinks it is real.

Also, dopamine shares a scale with pain. Basically it explains the idea of tolerance. My hypothesis currently is that if one is too involved with dopamine indulging activities, they will impair or undermine their ability to control their behaviors via wisely chosen mindsets.

There is more I know but that's some stuff there. The author is suppose to be pretty big time so I'm hoping I get at least 1 good piece of knowledge from it.

How To Raise Your Own Salary by Napoleon Hill (title is deceiving; it's a full philosophy on achievement)
Delirium by Lauren Oliver was my favorite book when I was your age
