If I didn't have to work for a living or was married having to deal with a family, probably mid-day after I get my shit together, but possibly also morning. However, it has to be when I am alone and not having to deal with others, so that's at night. I am screwed...

Whenever I have to write or rewrite a text, I find it's easier in the morning. My thoughts are clearer and it's easier to focus on the task at hand. But snipes of text or ideas for new bits can come up in my mind at any time. I will take notes so as to not forget.

I prefer the evening. My best thinking is done in the morning, but my best ruminating is done in the evening. The evening will provide pages and pages of content, the morning will structure it.
