Shuffle dancing started in my city as the Melbourne shuffle in the underground club scene but has picked up variations around the world.

It is far too fast for me. Some guys do dance it but it doesn't suit male physique in my view in the way break dancing does.

It suites female physique spectacularly well though. Love watching it. The most leg rich dance there is - whats not to enjoy?

I'm athletic and coordinated enough that I can mimic different dance moves just from watching it over and over, pausing it etc. you break it into sections, practice it, and memorize it step by step, until you can do a sequence of steps correctly. It's kinda the same thing as learning to play a new song on an instrument.

I was a dancer when I was younger. Modern, Tap and Ballet. Back then, probably. Soft-shoe Shuffle has similar steps to Tap, just quieter!

Extremely not recommended for medium or large breasted women without bras with great support.

Although I had a BR done seven years ago which greatly reduced me to now being a 34D/DD... I'm still not sure whether I wouldn't find this somewhat uncomfortable... Of course it doesn't really matter now, because I'm too old anyway!

As long as you have something just to fill out your tops and dresses etc. then you are certainly the clear winner out of the two of us. 💕

Sure. They aren't the most difficult moves. We do more difficult routines in taekwondo.
