Who is a tertiary character from a movie or show that you’ve always wanted to know more about?

Sometimes bit parts jump off the screen and demand more attention that they simply never get. I’m watching “The Strain” and there’s a scene in which we’re introduced to a bum on the street begging for handouts. Soon thereafter, a small cargo truck pulls up and two people get out. One gives the bum the keys and tells him there’s a ton of frozen shrimp in it too.
All i wanna know is if the bum turns his life around, but i know they’re not gonna gimme that! Ell oh ell!
