I’ll say Toby Maguire but only because of nolstagia.
I’m not a big super hero movie person. So I never seen the Garfield one and only one of the Holland ones.
from what I hear from other people who are actually fans of the comics, Tom Holland is the most accurate portrayal of the comic.

I think Tom Holland plays the most convincing putz highschool kid. Which is what Spiderman is supposed to be. Because he's a superhero we forget that at times. And Tom's naive, boneheaded comments always bring us back to that to remind us. He's just your friendly neighborhood Sipderman.
