I had a leg amputated in November of 2023, The following year, once I had my prosthesis and had to shovel snow, I busted my ass a few times. Luckily the snow was deep and cushioned my fall. Bruised my ego.

  I have to navigate pinecones. roots and magnolia seed pods. Almost as bad

  @Sal_Monella My efforts were no more than 20 feet from a power source. Most power shovels were Gas powered at the time through I am sure electric models did exist. My neighbors did offer to help and I could have paid someone, I am sure. Pride goes before a Fall. Haha.
