We're getting a scary amount. I remember one year where the national guard had to be called to just get people to kidney dialysis and emergency centers. The cops were on private snowmobiles. Wherever you were at, is where you were staying. If you were at work, that's where you slept. I was lucky enough to be trapped at my boyfriend's place. He had lots of food and supplies, so we were luckier than some.

No, not in Florida. From North-Central Florida down, We are known for a LOT of things like; great beaches, decadent nightclubs, beautiful women from all over the world, “Florida-Man”, but show storms? No, they are definitely not one of those many things. (*waiting for someone to “correct me” and say it snows in North Florida, which everyone already knows*)

it snowed, but then it got warm, and it went away, but you can never tell.
It's 19 out tonight and pretty windy.
The ski hill is making snow to help cover up the ice that formed when it got warm out.10 Reply

It does snow here, but has not snowed recently, just a dusting on rooftops and lawn.

We’ve had a little bit so far, but none of it has stuck around. I am, however, currently enjoying watching people in Seattle and Vancouver BC have a complete meltdown over like 3 inches of snow. Seriously, I don’t think they even have salt trucks out in Vancouver, based on the footage I saw.

Sadly not anymore!
More than 6-8 years ago we would have so much snow to this time around but it's sadly not snowing anymore like it used to.
In the last few years we had one small snow fall in December for one day and then 1-4 days druing Jan-March but it never sticks and it's not really white white11 Reply- 1 y
You know what I thinks it's been even more than 8 years🤔

We don't normally get a huge amount here in the winter, just a day or two. The worst of it falls further inland.
Unfortunately we do get a lot of heavy wind and rain in the winter instead10 Reply We haven't and thank god. If it's like last year down here in texas, this time someone will die because they wanna speed down an icy road.
