I have watched both and I think GoT is better. What do you think?

I honestly couldn’t watch AoT after season one because they desensitized me to violence so heavily I was actively rooting for the death of the cast and decided to never pick it back up again.
Game of Thrones, by comparison, is a much better written, more comprehensive and intriguing story with characters that are incredibly complex and struggles that make you sympathize with those you might see as villainous (with a few exceptions of characters that you were made to hate like Joffrey). The last season was nerfed to hell, but even then I could get there without hating everyone alive on screen.

I completely agree. Those who say Aot are mostly children and haven't watched GoT

In their defense, they’re not wrong about the show having complex writing and storytelling. I’ve had enough spoiled to know that this is a complex revenge story and in this case nobody is a “good guy” in that universe, which does present a lot of great writing. I’m just not the audience for it.

I would say Attack on Titan wastes less time while Game of Thrones drags on through out the middle seasons. So for that reason alone Attack on Titan as the pacing is better.
Though I should say more so from the Manga perspective as the show was stupidly and annoyingly milked to take longer than it should've been in terms of delaying episodes and the finale, making seasons shorter too. But then again that was more a production choice, if you go watch all episodes now you don't have to worry about that.
