I’m obsessed with non-English shows. Some of my favorites are: Itaewon Class and My Mister (Korean, both deep and beautifully written), Dark (German, mind-bending sci‑fi), Money Heist / La Casa de Papel (Spanish, super addictive), And Call My Agent! / Dix Pour Cent (French, funny and stylish). 🎬✨

I assume by "non-English" you mean that the show does not have English is the dominant language in dialog.
Under that assumption, I will go with "Mr. Bean" which was a British series involving slapstick physical comedy involving a man named "Bean" who rarely ever spoke anything. Sometimes, there were other characters and they'd speak English, but Bean, himself, hardly would ever say anything. He might simply say "Bean" when asked for his name.
For example, this is the first episode of "Mr. Bean".
