What was your favourite cartoon in childhood?

I could rattle off a list! In some cases, it's not so much the character as the director. My faves are Tex Avery, the Fleischer Brothers, Bob Clampett and Art Davis.
My fave characters are Droopy, Bugs Bunny, at least early Daffy Duck, Roger Ramjet, Rocky & Bullwinkel, The Impossibles, The Herculoids, Johnny Quest, Huckleberry Hound, Snagglepuss, the original Popeye (he turned to shit once Seymour Knightel took over in the `50's) Woody Woodpecker, Tom & Jerry, The Pink Panther, The Super Six, George Of The Jungle, Shazzan, Atom Ant, Secret Squirrel, Scooby-Doo (but only the original), the Wacky Racers (especially Muttley), The Fantastic 4, the original version of Space Ghost, The Cosby Kids. Gumby, Krazy Kat, The Beatles, Deputy Dawg, Hector Heathcoat, Ruff & Reddy and a few others I might've forgot about.

I watched a LOT of them growing up until they started getting stupid in the early `70's. I also started collecting them on VHS tape back in the `80's and I HOPE I still have those tapes!!
Did you know that Jonny was voiced by Tim Matheson who, later, became "Otter" on "Animal House"? Next time you watch Animal House try to picture Jonny doing the stuff Otter does!

He also played Van wilder's father in the first of those movies and was also in, "Up The Creek" playing a similar character to Otter.

I think I was the only one that watched this but it was on in the morning before school and my mother did not let us watch TV in the morning. Lots of times I would sneak it.

At age 6 it was the Care Bears, at age 10 it was Rupert's Adventures, at age 16, it was South Park.

Care Bears is about magical talking stuffed bears that can remove hate by staring at evil creatures. Rupert's adventures is about a white bear with a human body that flies to different farming cities for adventures. South Park is about a bunch of cartoon eggs dressed in winter costumes that make fun of each other and themselves.

Mine was totally “Tom and Jerry” and “Sailor Moon” 😄 I’d watch Tom and Jerry with my parents, then pause the TV to sketch them in my little notebook. Sailor Moon is what pulled me into anime aesthetics: big eyes, dramatic poses, magical girl outfits. Those two shaped both my humor and my drawing style a lot 🎨✨
