Magic: The Gathering, Card Tournament Question: Was this "Bad Manners"?

So I went to the local tournament this past Saturday, and played 4 casual games and 2 tournament games. I won all 4 Casual games and placed 2nd in each of the tournament games.

ON the first Pod of 4 players, the guys immediately objected that I was playing Vivi Ornitier for my Commander.

I objected that I only owned one deck, and didn't have a casual deck to play with. (its' too expensive to build alternate decks anyway).

So I kept a ONE LAND hand and then played Vivi on turn 2 via some artifact ramp, and then won the game on turn 3 after playing Sigil of Sleep and bouncing all my opponent's creatures back to their hands, with Force of Will backup. The other three players in the pod conceded by the time I would have started my infinite combo. :).

Nobody gets creatures except me, and when I play spells I draw 3 cards per spell.

So effectively, all 3 opponents "Rage Quit" once Sigil of Sleep hit the board, and I never even had to play Curiosity, because they conceded the game.

Is this deck "bad manners"? Or is it just part of the game?

Other combos in the deck include:

Sensei's Divining Top + Mystic Forge + Foundry Inspector = infinite draw engine.

Underworld Breach + Brainfreeze + Lion's Eye Diamond = Deck all 3 opponents.
