Queen Bee: Totally fine in Commander, too slow for Modern. 🐝
Bearfest: Unplayable; discard is brutal, no haste.
Peaceful Protestor: Completely busted in both formats, basically Moat for 2 mana.
Devoted Martyr: Insane. Protection from everything on any permanent at instant speed is broken.
Snyridian Seer: Underpowered, needs more value.
Lornful Siren: Fine but weak; blue goad is okay.
Xyxyl’s Thrall: Mediocre fixing, maybe combo fodder.
Black Swan: Too strong in Limited, fringe playable elsewhere.
Spiral Ray: Wildly overpowered, better than Bolt.
Aura of Flaming Death: Very strong; instant-speed retargeting is scary, maybe broken in aggro.
Profane Altar: Nuts in Commander, sac outlet plus Night’s Whisper every time.
Constricting Ring: Completely broken; repeatable, cheap Icy on anything.
Library of Congress: Strong looting, probably fine.
Sanctuary of Solitude: Soft Rule of Law at instant speed, really strong in control.
