Walter White is such a great pick 😈 I’d have loved a version where he survives but loses everything and has to live with the consequences, instead of that “cool martyr” shootout.

I’d also change:
Loki in the MCU, more chaotic, less softened.
Killmonger in Black Panther, he deserved survival and reform.
Daenerys in Game of Thrones, her descent needed more time and a less rushed death 💔
