What are your thoughts on the Terrifier movies and Art the Clown?

I watched Terrifier today for the first time, wow, thats some pretty sick and very cool visual effects which make for a great gory horror movie.
What's everyone elses thoughts on it, what do you think of the Art the Clown character.
I think he's funny as, he's got a great sense of humour for a murdering what ever he is, demonic entity I guess.

I think the director of those movies has a great ideas and he pulls them off really well, no matter the shock value it shows, sometimes it's good to show something different to the norm of horror slashers.

I used to like horror movies from the 1980s and 1990s but this modern torture porn shock shlock nonsense has driven me basically away from the whole genre. 🙁

Great films. I didn’t really enjoy the 3rd one because it’s set at Christmas and I hate Christmas. But still great for the gore.

Art the Clown is nightmare fuel with circus flair 😂
The Terrifier movies are super low-budget but the practical gore is wild, very old-school exploitation vibes. I love how Art never talks, just uses mime, facial expressions and that creepy smile to switch from goofy to brutal in a second.

He’s like if a Looney Tunes character was possessed. Disturbing, but kind of darkly hilarious too 🎪🩸

Yeah his miming is comical, I love when he runs out of bullets and you can tell by his body langage he's annoyed and goes off to look for more, that was funny to me'
